More Antique Metal Fan Pics

23 Feb

Did a little research on a couple of these. The smaller blue one and the large Westinghouse fan are 1950s era and all metal. The GE fan is much earlier, 1930s and appears to have brass blades which make it super desirable. We intended to just sell these as decorator pieces, but we may go ahead and do a restoration of a couple of these.

General Electric & Westinghouse Antique Metal Fans

21 Feb

Scored four antique metal fans from the 50s at an estate sale this weekend. Various sizes. General Electric, Westinghouse and the large one is a Graybar industrial metal fan. Currently none of these are operable. The are straight out of a storage unit where they’ve been for decades. We’re going to try rewiring a couple of these and see if we can get them running again.
